Passenger Driver adds state and federal criminal searches to the Driver Essential scope. Both include identity verification, county searches in two counties, driver license verification, and an MVR; starting prices are $57.99 and $89.99 respectively.

Are NEMT and rideshare screening requirements the same?

Screening scope can differ by service, location, and contract. A package covers the checks listed, while an NEMT contract may specify additional screening or credentials. Share the contract’s driver-screening requirements so the package can be scoped to them.

Can we screen dispatchers separately from drivers?

Yes. Dispatch & Office starts at $27.99 and does not include an MVR. The three driver packages include driver license verification and an MVR.

Can we add monitoring after the first ride?

Post-hire monitoring is available as a separate add-on. Coverage and update frequency depend on the check and state, so the monitoring scope is agreed separately from the initial package.
